DayZ ban Admin server

Hello, I'm english and me and my friend have settled on your server a few days ago, and we get banned for unknown reason. We wish to be unban because we didn't do anything, and if we follow the rules of hosted servers you can't ban player from your server like this without reason. We will report that on dayz official website if it is necessary.

Naja DayZ hat nix mit SteamID zu tun. Der Bernie wird da schon nachschauen ob der Ban gerechtfertigt war oder aber ob es einfach ein Automatisierter Ban ist. Fakt ist, das schreiben das man gleich den Server melden will, führt nicht zu einer beschleunigung, im Gegenteil. Wobei es doch wieder belustigend ist

No, our nick with my friend is : "Charlie" and "Pierre"

I don't know the GUID of my friend but I try to search my GUID now

It's strange that our GUID aren't in the list of ban since when I try to join your server, I have BattlEye message : Admin Ban

And in the log, you can't find the nick : Charlie

i can see it in the server logs that you are banned

but i cant find the guid in the bans.txt

well this might be the problem

in the 2. screenshot you can see when you connect it says E417

for the first unban i have used C417 with copy and paste from this thread
